Sigh... petty vandalism

Not that anyone here would have done it, and I do hate to sound like a curmudgeon, but having one of the shacks down near Luxton Steps gets increasingly wearing. Somebody's gone and drilled two holes in the bottom of my dinghy. If any dog walkers ever do see people around there who are up to no good.

I'm sorry and saddened to hear this. I hope that you have reported this incident to the police, but as you say, it's going to take the vigilence of everyone using the area around Luxton Steps, and similarly other remote areas of the village, to stop this kind of behaviour.

If you would like to email me some more details about the incident, I am more than happy to add something to the home page of the website to publicise the problem, and will also see if our local police officer can also add comment.
